This is an excellent post. I strongly agree that rushing into things can hurt a relationship. I male or a female that has other things to do in this life. Is not seen as needy or desperate.

This is an important part of dating in the early stages. Singles don’t want partners that are needy.

A real Man gets up everyday, goes to work and busts his ass. He does the right things because it’s the right thing to do, not to impress Women only looking to be seen with the “winner” or thug.

A real Man tells you the truth, and he loses his patience when you do silly things and overreact.

A real Man keeps his word.

A real Man may or may not love you. Neither thing makes a guy a real Man or not a real Man since neither are a requirement. But a real Man who does love will treat you with importance, and also expect you to hold your end and do the same.

Those are great 12 signs but the point is to find a man who has them all. In those day womens are happy to find a honest partner I guess.

Like a few others have mentioned, cheating rules out the 12 signs. A real man may not have all 12 of those signs, but most of them and is true and faithful to his woman and they are always looking to keep their woman happy.

I’m with you and Stephanie on the cheating making everything else a waste.

Trying to find me one that isn’t interested in cheating. More importantly, I’d love it if he’d tell me he’s unhappy before he goes of cheating. I like a head’s up on such things.

Great post Amelia. I concur with the previous comment about a “real man” being the one who loves you – as well as “cheating cancels out all 12.” You can look at the menu but don’t taste.
